Data Retention Policy

Due to the volume of data we produce, we can only retain data for short periods. Users are responsible for transferring data they want to keep to their personal long-term storage locations.

Raw microscope data will be kept for 30 days.

Live processing data will be kept for 2 weeks.

Once these retention periods are over, facility staff will permanently delete the data.
